Hello, and welcome. I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with over two years of experience
working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My clinical background has largely focused on
substance use and addiction, along with co-occurring mental health concerns.

I'm deeply interested in human behavior and the ways our experiences shape how we relate to ourselves
and others. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable showing up as you are, without
judgment, while feeling seen, heard, and respected.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in compassion. I aim to support you in developing a more
understanding and connected relationship with yourself, while working through the challenges that have
brought you to therapy.

My Approach

I take a client-centered and relational approach, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels right for you. I believe that meaningful change happens in a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood. My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a nonjudgmental stance, while also gently challenging patterns that may no longer be serving you.

I draw from attachment and family systems perspectives to better understand how your relationships and past experiences have shaped your current patterns. I also incorporate practical, evidence-based tools to help support insight, emotional regulation, and behavioral change.

My Focus

My clinical work focuses on supporting individuals navigating substance use and addiction, co-occurring mental health concerns, and emotional or relational challenges. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

I support clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I also work with individuals and families navigating relationship conflict, life transitions, identity development, and self-esteem concerns.

My Communication
Style

My communication style is warm, direct, and authentic. I aim to create a space where you feel safe being open and honest, while also offering thoughtful reflections and feedback to support your growth and insight.

My Journey

My journey into this field has been shaped by a deep curiosity about human behavior and a desire to support people through meaningful change. Working with both adolescents and adults has given me a strong appreciation for how relational experiences and environment shape emotional development and
coping patterns.

I value helping clients feel supported while also empowered to better understand themselves and make changes that feel meaningful and lasting.
