I’m an Associate Clinical Social Worker dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for clients to process emotions, build resilience, and find meaning in their experiences. With over six years of experience in mental health, I’ve supported individuals and families through crisis, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times and I’m here to help you navigate those moments with compassion and care.
My Approach
I believe that emotional healing begins when we allow ourselves to feel, name, and understand our emotions rather than avoid them. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, rooted in empathy and respect for your unique story. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape your life and discover new ways to move forward with clarity and strength.
My Focus
I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and stress, health challenges or caregiving. My focus is on helping clients process emotions safely, gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors, and build practical tools to manage life’s challenges. I also work with individuals navigating life transitions, burnout, and relationship difficulties.
My Communication
Style
I bring warmth, honesty, and calmness to my sessions. Clients often describe me as grounded and compassionate, yet direct when it’s needed. I value open communication and create a safe space where you can show up authentically.
My Journey
My background in mental health in inpatient and outpatient settings deeply shaped how I view healing. Working with individuals in moments of crisis taught me the importance of presence, emotional safety, and helping people reconnect with their inner strength. Now, in the therapy room, I combine that clinical experience with evidence-based practices to help clients not just cope but heal.
