Aging Concerns

We understand that aging can come with its own set of challenges and concerns. As seniors, we are at risk for depression and face physical and cognitive decline. Some common age related issues are the loss of a significant other, loneliness, the loss of income and employment and coping with an increased dependency on other's. Asking for help or even being told what to do by concerned family and friend's can lead to feelings of anxiety and frustration. Our therapists are trained to provide specialized, compassionate care for those dealing with issues related to growing older, whether it's you, your partner or a parent.
