Hi! My name is Kelly, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University – GSEP. I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges by creating a space where they feel truly heard, valued, and supported.
In addition to using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and positive psychology, I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. EMDR allows me to support clients in processing past experiences and reducing the emotional intensity of distressing memories, helping them move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My work focuses on empowering clients to build resilience, gain self-awareness, and create meaningful change. My approach is rooted in compassion and a deep belief in every person’s ability to grow and thrive. No matter where you are in your journey, I am here to walk alongside you with understanding, encouragement, and the tools to help you move forward.
My Approach
I take a holistic, strengths-based approach to therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology to help clients build self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth.
My goal is to create a space where every individual feels heard, valued, and understood, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
My Focus
Empowerment, resilience, and whole-person wellness while addressing anxiety, stress, life transitions, and self-growth.

My Journey
I have always believed that feeling heard and understood can make a profound difference in someone’s life. From a young age, I knew I wanted to create a space where people feel valued and supported. If I can help even one person feel truly seen, I know I’ve made an impact. As a therapist, I strive to empower adolescents and adults to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, self-awareness, and confidence. My goal is not just to help clients overcome obstacles but to help them recognize their own strength and potential along the way.
