Having a healthy mind is key to your overall health and well-being. A healthy mind includes emotional, psychological and social well-being and affects how you think, feel and act. It works in unity with your body and influences how you handle stress, relate to others and make choices.

1.

Individual
Psychotherapy

Individual therapy involves talking one on one with a trained professional to improve one's mental wellbeing and functioning in life.

The primary purpose of individual therapy is to increase an understanding of your thoughts and behaviors, learn how to manage stress, interpersonal difficulties and troubling situations more effectively so that you can live a happier and more fulfilled life.

2.

Couples
Therapy

Life is challenging enough and being in a relationship can sometimes bring on added stress. We will work together to identify destructive patterns in the relationship, improve communication through verbal and non verbal cues and reduce defensiveness to improve the bonds between you and your partner.

3.

Family
Therapy

Communication is the key to any successful relationship particularly when it comes a family.

We talk about each family member's concerns and try to gain a fair perspective. We discuss family beliefs and observe behavior and communication patterns. Ultimately, we solve family problems by changing unhelpful patterns and creating new strategies to have a better functioning family environment.

4.

Adolescent & teen
Counseling

Through our adolescent & teen counseling sessions, we are dedicated to promoting mental wellness among young people. We understand that adolescence can be a challenging time, and we are here to provide support and guidance. Our team of experienced therapists offers a range of evidence-based therapies that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Working together with our younger clientele we want to help them develop the skills and tools they need to navigate life's challenges.

How It Works

The first session is about building a relationship between the therapist and the client.

Once rapport is developed with your therapist, you will find that you are able to talk honestly and freely and this in turn leads to effective and successful treatment.

Our treatment is geared towards client's goals. You decide what aspects of your life or personality you would like to work on, and a trained therapist often well versed in multiple forms of therapy will utilize one or multiple approaches to address your concerns.
