I am here to make you feel at ease and provide you with a therapeutic environment rooted in trust and safety. We will collaborate on identifying life solutions tailored to your specific needs and current life stressors.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach focuses on exploring and understanding the impact of individual trauma on current interpersonal relationships. I strive towards helping clients to navigate and heal from their past experiences to foster healthier connections in their lives.

My Focus

My focus is exploring intergenerational trauma and family dynamics and how they impact your present life. I am passionate about reducing stigma that is often attached with mental health and people of color. Through psychoeducation and normalizing one's cultural experience, I aim to support your therapeutic journey from a cultural lens

My Communication
Style

In a therapeutic space, my communication style is open and empathetic. I utilize active listening and validation to create positive client experience.

My Journey

Since high school, I have always had a general interest in human behavior. Majoring in Psychology and Cognitive Science as an undergraduate only solidified my interest.
