My therapeutic approach focuses on exploring and understanding the impact of individual trauma on current interpersonal relationships. I strive towards helping clients to navigate and heal from their past experiences to foster healthier connections in their lives.
My Focus
My focus is exploring intergenerational trauma and family dynamics and how they impact your present life. I am passionate about reducing stigma that is often attached with mental health and people of color.
