My focus includes relationship dynamics, family systems, mental health, and emotional well-being. I work with individuals, couples, and families to address issues such as communication problems, conflict resolution, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I use therapeutic approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients improve interpersonal relationships, develop coping skills, and foster overall mental health and personal growth.

My Journey
I am the Director of Behavioral Health for a Nursing home company in Southern CA. Formerly I was Executive Director of a secure Behavioral Health Facility serving those with mental illness from The Veterans Administration and Department of Mental Health throughout the state.
Prior to that, I was Executive Director of a secure Behavioral Health Facility, with a Special Education School and acute hospital serving At Risk Youth. I continues to serve on the Board of Directors for Stars Behavioral Health Group. I have been married for 40 year with 2 adult children.
